Accommodation
West Mill has been in the family since 1938. As our home, it has been constantly updated over the years. We have recently improved the larger studio, open plan, and created a new one beneath the terrace. The main house sleeps 6, the large studio up to 4, and the new studio a further 2. The oak framed extension provides a wonderful light and airy reception room with panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding valley.
The house is comfortably furnished and decorated with a personal collection of contemporary art and tribal rugs. There are books and games but no TV. However a DVD player is available, and broadband is connected with wifi. Cooking is by electric cooker and an oil-fired Rayburn which also heats water. The new extension has underfloor heating and a woodburning stove.
